As our customers are located around the world, it is not feasible to be physically present everywhere at the same time. For this reason, Barsso has invested heavily in a digital tracking and documentation system, ensuring that each machine is assigned its own technical file.

From this technical file, we can support customers efficiently — both locally and globally — with technical documentation, assistance, spare parts support, adaptations, or problem analysis. We work closely with the customer’s technical staff or a local technician to resolve technical issues in a structured and effective manner.
