Barsso operates its own fully equipped 1,200 m² technical workshop, where a team of around ten experienced technicians is dedicated to safeguarding and enhancing the technical performance of our machines. This workshop forms the technical backbone of our operations.
We carry out a wide range of technical services, including maintenance, mechanical and electrical modifications, overhauls, upgrades, automation, remanufacturing, and customer-specific adaptations. Based on the customer’s requirements and intended application, we provide a tailored technical proposal for each project.
Adjacent to the workshop, Barsso maintains a spare parts warehouse for the storage of standard components, as well as critical repair and obsolete spare parts that are often no longer readily available from OEMs. This significantly improves responsiveness and technical continuity.
Service and overhaul activities are performed, wherever possible, in accordance with the OEM guidelines of the respective manufacturers, unless specific conditions or customer-driven modifications require deviations.
Each machine is assigned a unique project number, which is managed within an internal technical database. This database stores technical documentation, photographs, drawings, descriptions, and service history, ensuring full traceability and structured technical follow-up.
