Technical condition, availability and delivery time of our machines
Barsso machines are generally available immediately, supported by a large in-house inventory of industrial equipment. For many customers, this immediate availability of used machinery is a decisive factor in the purchasing process.
Depending on the desired sales condition ā As is, in good working order or completly overhauled ā a delivery lead time may apply. This lead time is directly related to the service, maintenance or overhaul work required to deliver the machine in the agreed final condition.
To keep delivery times as short and predictable as possible, we carry out intermediate work wherever feasible, such as cleaning, inspections or mechanical interventions. This enables us to respond quickly once customer interest is confirmed.
The sales condition stated for each machine always refers to the final condition at delivery, with the delivery time transparently aligned to this condition.
Regarding electrical work, we often deliberately postpone final electrical modifications until consultation with the customer has taken place to determine the preferred control system, automation level or integration. For certain machines, this approach provides additional flexibility and a better-aligned final result.
Barsso proposes the most commercially and economically balanced solution as standard, aiming for the optimal combination of technical condition, price and delivery lead time. Different requirements can usually be discussed, provided they are mentioned at the enquiry stage.
