A spiral oven is a hot air system which can be used to steam, cook or grill a wide variety of food products in one single system. Using a spiral oven, the product gets the colour, bite and flavour you want.

Processing range & combinations

A spiral oven can handle an unlimited number of combinations of air temperature, humidity and speed. Each parameter can be set independently and is monitored automatically. The result? Uniform quality at all times.

Spiral ovens have a capacity ranging from 500 to 3,000 kg per hour and can process nearly every food product, from unprocessed products to formed products and composite products.
