Perfect vacuum filling

A vacuum filler is a meat processing equipment which fills products automatically. The machine can also be linked to any type of double clipping machine to form an automatic production line. That way it can perform filling and clipping processes under vacuum state.
Meat is being processed without any air and it is pumped to the filling head where it is transformed into uniform meat strings. Those are deposited on the portioning conveyor belt. The strings are fed into the cutting device. They are cut in portions, depending on the settings in the control unit of the filling machine.

Depositors
